Candidates who have taken the public TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests with English4Success in the USA within the past two years are eligible to order additional TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates. Requests are processed on a weekly basis on Wednesdays; all shipments are sent out on Thursday weekly. Please read all information below carefully. Incomplete/ improperly submitted orders will be cancelled. We can send your valid TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates directly to CGFNS or your state Nursing Board. FEES – TOTAL $50 $25 Additional Score Report Fee. For nursing candidates, we will include a cover letter with your TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificate. $25 Delivery Fee. FedEx 2-day. This is required for all Nursing Board/CGFNS because it is necessary to have tracking information. VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED PROPERLY AND WITHOUT DELAYS During checkout, you will be asked for certain information. Do not skip this. Verify that the information is accurate – inaccurate information may lead to order cancellation or problems processing your order. Verify your Mailing Address – listed as “Mailing Information” during checkout. Additional Information ** required for TOEIC SW score report orders** Month and Year in which you took your TOEIC SW test We cannot process requests for tests which occurred more than two years ago. If you need a Listening and Reading Score Report, do not order your score reports online using this system. If you tested outside of the US, do not order your score reports online using this system.
