During checkout, you will be asked for certain information.  Do not skip this step.   Verify that the information is accurate – inaccurate information may lead to order cancellation or problems processing your order.

Your Score report/Certificate will be sent to your home address (within the US only) via the US Postal Service.  The following services are available for an additional fee, and can be ordered by selecting ’Prep Products and Score reports’ button on the left, then ‘TOEIC Speaking and Writing Score Certificates’, and ‘Additional Services’.

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

-English4Success can only provide TOEIC Score Certificates for TOEIC Speaking & Writing exams delivered in the USA in the last two years – no exceptions. 

-If you need a Listening and Reading Score Report, do not order your score reports online using this system. Inquiries for TOEIC Listening and Reading public testing program in the US: contact toeic@ets.org.   Otherwise, email us your test details at english4success@amideast.org and we will try to assist.

-If you tested outside of the US, do not order your score reports online using this system.  Email us at english4success@amideast.org if you are testing at an Amideast office in the Middle East/North Africa and need assistance.

 
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

We are unable to issue refunds for Score Certificate orders, nor are we responsible for inaccurate address information.

If we are unable to process your order, your order will be cancelled, and refund will be issued.
